Just Getting Started
Begin with a low step and follow our Instructors as they coach you through the options. It will take five to ten classes to really get your ‘step legs’. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. An exercise step will be provided. Whatever you do, give it five. Once you’ve got five LesMills BodyStep classes under your belt it’ll come naturally – just like riding a bike!
