Yoga

Uses traditional postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop strength, flexibility and relaxation. Ideal for those looking to reduce stress, prevent injuries, and improve general health.

Pilates

This slow paced workout emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Consisting of low impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

Hot Recovery

The room is heated to a warm temperature allowing your muscles and fasciae to gently stretch, improving your posture and range of motion.

Relaxation

A quiet class that moves slowly into and out of stretches with mindfulness increasing flexibility throughout your whole body while reducing stress.

Recovery

Dedicated to stretching and mobility, allowing you the time you need to recover from your training. This class will allow you to feel the benefits of stretching as it improves your posture, increases your range of motion, and stops any loss of movement in the joint. It will aim to decrease back pain and prevent injury.

Hot Yoga

Uses traditional postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Ideal for those looking to reduce stress, prevent injuries, and improve general health. Facilitated in a controlled and heated environment.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga. The postures are held longer than other styles of yoga between 45 sec to 5 mins and is designed to stretch the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments. This deeper stretch will allow you to build a greater connection between your mind, body, and soul.
