What do I Need for a LesMills BodyPump Class at Bodyfit Redfern?

All you will need is supportive shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. During the class you’ll use a weight bar, weight plates and a step. This equipment will be supplied in our class.

 

How Strong do I Need to be to do a LesMills BodyPump Class?

The BodyPump instructors at Bodyfit Redfern provide options to suit everyone. It’s a good idea to begin with really light weights or even just a bar. Start slowly with just one to two classes a week, as well as building up from four or five tracks to a full class. You’ll notice your fitness and strength improve quite rapidly over a number of sessions at Bodyfit Redfern.

 

How Often Should I do a LesMills BodyPump Class at Bodyfit Redfern?

LesMills BodyPump will really challenge all of your major muscle groups, so we recommend you do no more than two to three classes a week. This should be paired with a day off in between.
