What Do I Need For A LesMills BodyBalance Class At Bodyfit Emerton?

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, something warm to wear during the final relaxation track and a sweat towel. You don’t need any shoes. Yoga mats are optional.

Does It Matter If You Have Never Done Yoga Before?

Not at all. Simply follow our instructors as they will show you all of the appropriate options within the class. It pays to commit to three or four classes from the start to feel comfortable with all the moves. See our timetable here to plan your sessions.

How Often Should I Do A BodyBalance Class?

While you’ll feel real benefits from coming to class just once a week, attending three classes a week at Bodyfit Emerton will really help you improve.

Can I Still do a LesMills BodyBalance Class if I am Pregnant?

Here at Bodyfit Emerton, LesMills BodyBalance can help maintain core control and muscle balance for those who are pregnant. Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history. Also, chat to your class instructor beforehand to let them know you’re pregnant. They’ll suggest some modifications for you throughout the class.
