David has over 20 years of experience in the Fitness industry holding a Cert 3 in Group Training and a Cert 4 Master Personal Trainer. He is also qualified in Core strength conditioning and stability, boxing/martial fitness, skill and motor development and risk and rehabilitation across all age groups from children to older adults. His forte is motivational coaching for fitness and wellbeing, mentoring clients to achieve their personal best. David brings this experience and expertise to Bodyfit Miranda, helping people to reach their health and fitness goals.
